Some thoughts and discussions from me.

Hi there! I wanted to talk about some of the products I’m loving today– nutrition-wise. In my boot camps and communities, I share my favorite protein powders, supplements, and superfoods to help my clients thrive with their journey to their goals.

I’ve also got some new favorite household and beauty items to share, but that’ll be for another time!

Nutrition

1. Electrolytes

LyteShow - Electrolyte Concentrate for Rapid Rehydration - NO Sugars, NO Additives - 40 Servings (With Magnesium, Potassium, Zinc)

Living in Colorado, it’s especially dry. I find I need to drink a lot more water in order to stay hydrated than I did living in Illinois. Especially being so active, I find adding some electrolytes to 30 ounces of water once a day to keep me so much more well hydrated. I use this brand, but after it runs out, I’m going to try this brand.

2. BIG Salads

OK — so this one isn’t a product, but it’s what I’ve been having for lunch on repeat for the past month or so.

My salad of choice is:

red lettuce
butter lettuce
arugula
raddicio
chicken
Primal Kitchen green goddess
cranberries or grapes
raw walnuts
avocado

THE best! And keeps me plenty full for a good 4 hours.

3. Hum Nutrition

Raw Beauty — their greens powder, and
Base Control — their multivitamin

As all of my clients know, Designs for Health is my tried and true — my #1 line for any and all supplements. However, recently I discovered Hum Nutrition, and ordered a few things for funsies. I currently take their multivitamin and greens powder, but they have a ton of fun stacks, like a beauty supplement, bloat supplement, etc. If you check it out, code: 167B74 will get you $10 off (and I’ll get a few bucks back in referrals.)

4. Breakfast Smoothies

If you’re in LBB or my membership community, you know I’ve been LOVING making breakfast smoothie for breakfast. It’s easy to make it LBB-approved and have a yummy, filling, nutritious breakfast in a matter of minutes.

This is my current favorite:

1.5 c. unsweetened nut milk
1-2 T. coconut oil
juice of 1/3 lemon
1-1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder
handful ice
handful spinach
handful frozen riced cauliflower (optional)
unsweet shredded coconut for topping

It’sssss duh-lish-us.

5. Primal Kitchen Dressings

Ahhhh, love these! I stock up every single time they’re on sale at Whole Foods. They’re made with excellent ingredients, and Green Goddess and Ranch are my favorite flavors.

6. Vital Proteins Peach Matcha Collagen

I never thought I liked matcha until I tried this guy! My favorite way to drink it is cold, in ice with the following combo:

1 scoop matcha
stevia to taste
coconut milk or almond milk,
all blended in a blender and then poured over ice. Mmmm…makes me want one right now 🙂

I’d love to know if you’re loving any of the same things! You can view all of my current favorites and tried and true go-to’s on my Amazon list (affiliate links here, just fyi :))

xoxo,
