You guys, I’ve been working on creating this programming, testing out all of the workouts, and putting it all together – and collaborating with Melissa McDonough, Registered Dietitian, for the nutrition piece – for months now, and I’m so excited to hand it over to you.

It officially launches on June 1st, but I wanted to give you the chance to pre-order, which gives you:

You can learn all about it and pre-order it for yourself here.

The pre-sale is only going on through Tuesday, May 31st, which is just a few days away. If you take advantage of the pre-order sale, you’ll get your Sleek & Sculpted Training Manual, Nutrition Manual, or bundle first thing on May 28th (5 days before it officially launches!!) You’ll get the discounted rate, and your copy of Body Weight Burn as soon as you purchase.

The training program is filled with over 45+ workouts including Metabolic Strength Sessions, Sprint WODs, Conditioning Cardio, HIIT Training, and Mobility WODs –– with NO workout repeats. It will also have a huge exercise library with very detailed instruction and videos.

Now – on to those non scale victories.

In one of my online group training programs, we have what I call “Non Scale Victories Tuesdays.”

In this deliverable, we all list out our wins for the week that have absolutely nothing to do with the scale. We can often be SO physique-focused in our goals, and having some goals – or celebrations – that don’t have to do with our weight or measurements is crucial.

It fends off burn out, gives us something else to strive for and focus on, and it also keeps us going on those days where we feel a little discouraged. As we all know, consistency is the most important ingredient in our fitness formula.

Your non-scale victory could be anything from increasing your weight on your squat, navigating negative self-talk in a positive manner, to seeing new muscles make an appearance.

For example, my client, Megan, who’s getting married next month, is not only crushing her physique goals, but she’s also killing it in the strength department. She reached 8 pull ups this week!

I really encourage you to take some time to think about your wins each week. I’d have to say one for me is getting out and running 3 times in the past week in the mornings. I absolutely love getting fresh air, sunshine, and a little sweat going first thing in the morning (after a snack.)

Here are some other NSV’s from some of my clients’ this week:

“I love non-scale victories. I have so many since working with Paige…one being not giving a shit about the scale, ha! Also, pull-ups, pair of jean shorts that fit last year but too snug fit perfectly this year, I feel much more tight and toned in my mid section and shoulders, and my youngest son (who’s almost 5) told me my butt looks rounder. Ha!” – Gina

“My non scale victory is seeing my strength return. I lost so much while I was pregnant it’s so nice to feel strong again!”

“I love feeling stronger with every single workout! I don’t own a scale so I rarely get on one. But I feel great and my clothes fit! Down 3 sizes since Feb.” – Deb

What are some of your Non-Scale Victories this week?
