Hi there!

I’m popping in on a Sunday today to share with you this week’s meal plan and grocery shopping. I had Friday afternoon free, so I figured I’d head out to do the grocery shopping, since it’s usually less crowded than on a Sunday morning Winking smile

  • Annie’s pizza
  • sweet potatoes
  • avocados

  • soda
  • sauerkraut
  • Kombucha
  • bananas
  • chicken meatballs
  • frozen brown rice
  • meat – chicken, beef, lamb
  • chicken sausage
  • frozen broccoli + green beans

I also placed another Vitacost order since we were out of some pantry staples:

  • beef jerky (for hiking fuel)
  • almond flour (for baking and breading)
  • shredded coconut (for noms)
  • canned tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • coconut butter

Burgers & sweet potato fries

Baked chicken, veggies, and butternut squash puree

Hard shell tacos (Shane and I have been loving these lately!!)

Indian curry

Salmon, sweet potatoes, and salad

Should be a delicious week Open-mouthed smile

And now I’m about to grab some breakfast and go hiking in Lyons with some friends. It’s warm and sunny here today, so it should be lovely!
