Some thoughts and discussions from me.

I’m going to go ahead and say it’s safe to say a nap is in order today. Had a super rough night’s sleep last night.but hopefully the people in my Core Blast class I’m about to teach will have some energy I can borrow Winking smile

Speaking of a core workout, I think it’s been way too long since I’ve shared a workout with you guys!

Lucky for you, I’m changing that today Winking smile This circuit workout is primarily a core workout, with a bit of legs and arms. I’ve been implementing it into clients’ sessions toward the end of the workout. This would be a good circuit to include after some leg-heavy cardio, like running, biking, or stair climbing, or for at the end of a full body workout.

It’s very important to challenge the core and to keep it strong. If you’ve been rotating through the same few exercises, try out this one!

And since some of these exercises aren’t common or self-explanatory, I made a video:

As always, please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise program!

I keep a few medicine balls on hand for teaching boot camps or small group training when I’m not in the gym. They’re such a fun alternative to other weights, and can be used for SO many different exercises. And now it’s time to take my tired butt to go teach a core class! Have a great day, everyone Smile
