Some thoughts and discussions from me.

 

After kicking off round one this past Monday, I’m so thrilled to share with you guys that registration is officially live for my April 18th macronutrient cycling and training intensity boot camp!

 

My current boot campers are already kicking butt, learning some great habits, and putting in work toward seeing some great results, and I cannot wait to start with another group of motivated clients on the 18th.

In this program, we’ll first take a nutrient quality approach to nutrition, and then we’ll use customized macronutrient cycling per our training schedule to see increased energy, increased strength, and fat loss results.

Nutrition

 

You’ll get your own individualized plan for nutrition and macronutrients (including learning + applying) the process and methodology to get there,) a grocery list, meal ideas, as well as coaching, tips, and guidance from me.

 

I pride myself in that I never place any foods as “off limits,” and while there is a major focus on nutrient quality, this program will give you the tools you need – from macronutrient guidelines, meal example ideas, and nutrient timing – to be successful eating what fits into YOUR lifestyle.

Training

 

You’ll also new weekly workouts with a mix of strength and conditioning, delivered to your individual training platform, where you can access the workouts, training videos, calendar, and track stats.

 

With two strength, one metabolic strength, two interval workouts, and a recovery routine, you’ll steer clear of boredom and make continued progress each week. The workouts will be tough, and the nutrition will require some organization and dedication, but you’ll also see results – and have fun.

Accountability

 

I am big on accountability, with daily workout check-ins, bi-weekly in-depth training + nutrition check-ins, our group community deliverables, and challenge prizes each week. I will hold you accountable to your plan, your goals, and keeping a positive mindset along the way.
