Some thoughts and discussions from me.

Hey loves! I’m actually in Sarasota, Florida as you’re reading this. I left on a red eye last night and arrived/will be arriving at the ripe hour of 5:30a EST. Eep. BUT – I get to spend the week in sunny Sarasota, where I plan to have intermittent work/fun breaks all week 🙂 I’ll make sure to pop in with my shenanigans throughout the week!

Today I’ve got a fun TRX workout for you that will only take 15 minutes to complete. This one’s super fun because:

  • It goes by SUPER fast
  • It’s broken into three different complexes
  • It utilizes COMPLEXES!

Can you tell I love complexes? I also love the TRX, and use it almost daily with myself, my clients, and my classes.

You can read more about what a complex is here, but basically, you’ll move from one movement to the next, into the next, doing 1 rep per movement, without any breaks – until you need to rest, at which you’ll do at the bottom of the round.

For each complex/circuit, you’ll set a timer for 5:00, and complete as many rounds of the complex as possible. Some people also call these flows, but I like to use a uniform name so we’re all on the same page. So it’s a complex, k? K! Rest as needed at the bottom of the round within the 5:00, and rest :60 in between complexes. I filmed a quick video to demonstrate the workout, but there’s also a printable/pinnable image below for you to take and go!
