Hey all. Happy Friday!

So, if you follow me on Instagram (@TrainerPaige,) you know I post lots of 15 second videos of my workouts. Well, I thought I’d show you what really goes on when I do my workouts and instead of 15 seconds you get 10 minutes. That’s right, I am starting, And wanted to share it all with you. this new little thing on YouTube where I share my home workouts, along with other little training, nutrition, and life snippets.
