FAQ

How long are the workouts? The strength workouts will take around 45 minutes, and the HIIT and conditioning will take 30 minutes or less.

What is the workout format? The workout format for the first two weeks will include three lifting workouts – upper, lower, and full body – with one HIIT workout, and one LISS session. After the first two weeks, lifting workouts will be broken into body parts, such as glutes, hamstrings, and quads day, back and triceps day, etc. It will vary from 3-4 lifting workouts 1-2 HIIT workouts and/or 1 LISS session.

What equipment do I need? You only need dumbbells. If you’re doing the at-home track, this is the only equipment required. The in-the-gym utilizes everything a full gym would have.
