Hi there, friends!

I have quite a treat for you today. Well, it probably won’t seem like a treat while you’re doing it…you might actually be cursing me. I was. BUT – we can still call it a treat, even though I know and you know that we’re not fooling anyone.

Anywho – we’ve got an at-home bodyweight HIIT workout for you today wrapped up in a pretty little EMOM workout package, which stands for Every Minute On the Minute. How many minutes? Well, I suggest 15, but you could shorten it up to 5 or 10 or lengthen it up to 20 or 30 if you’re feeling frisky and masochistic.

As always, you just have to consult your doc before doing any new exercise program, mmk? Oh! And if you stick around after the workout video, you can make breakfast fish tacos in my kitchen with me that’s a good mix of tastiness, fun, and inappropriateness.
