In my monthly 1-on-1 coaching program, I will take out all of guesswork for you.

I design your programs based on your current situation, your goals, and what’s doable for you. We’ll walk through the training and nutrition programming together to ensure you’re on board and have clarity on what’s needed on your part to make the most of your programming and see results. Then you will do the hard work of executing the program.

I’ll walk you through every new training program, provide weekly updates and progressions, weekly feed back, daily support, and will be there for you every step of the way.

You’ll also get custom nutrition coaching that makes the most sense for your goals and programming, with regular updates and progress check-ins.

My Sculpted Strong Membership Program is for those who think of and use fitness and nutrition as a means to enhance your life.

This program is designed as a periodized training and nutrition program with nutritional guidance, optional macros, and daily check-ins, with workout programming and access to your training platform.
 
You’ll go more in depth to the “why” – with educational videos surrounding nutrition, training, and mindset every week. I also teach you how to calculate your own intake and macros depending on which phase you’re in.
 
This program is also more affordable than 1-on-1 coaching, and it’s set up as month-to-month (meaning you can opt out at any time should you need to.)

12 WEEK POSTPARTUM TRAINING PROGRAM

Postpartum: Whether you had a baby 8 weeks ago or 8 years ago, you’re postpartum. You don’t need to be in the newborn stage to strengthen and improve your core + pelvic floor and improve muscular imbalances.

This program is for the postpartum mom who’s ready to strengthen muscles that may have been stretched or atrophied during pregnancy.

If you’ve had a baby, and you’re ready to tighten your core, strengthen your TVA, work on your pelvic floor — and strengthen and tighten all over, this program is for you.

 

The focus in this program is rebuilding transverse abdominis strength (which weakens during pregnancy,) pelvic floor function, and workouts that fit into your postpartum lifestyle.
In it you’ll have access to your 12 week complete postpartum training program, as well as weekly email support from me as needed.
 
Workouts are effective and efficient, taking 25-35 minutes — perfect for nap time, or while baby is in the bouncer. You’ll also have quick breath work and core drills to complete, which will take about 10 minutes total.
 
I don’t believe this program is the best time to become super strict with nutrition, so you won’t be tracking macros in this program. However, I do have a set of guidelines you can follow, should you wish to do so.
