Hi! I’m Paige, the author and trainer behind the blog, Your Trainer Paige. I live in Boulder County, Colorado, where I’m an online and in-person personal trainer, health coach, blogger, fitness instructor and lover of the outdoors. Welcome!
I started writing Your Trainer Paige in July of 2012 (formerly, it was Running Around Normal) to share workouts, fitness and health news & tips, recipes, and to share my message to women. My message is that training, nutrition, and your healthy lifestyle should be ADDING to and enhancing your life. It shouldn’t be making you miserable, and it shouldn’t constantly feel like a chore.
I also manage my online personal training business here. You can find more information on my online personal training, training programs, and nutrition coaching on my “Services” page. Or if you’re in Boulder County, and are looking for a trainer or fitness instructor, just contact me!
And if you’re not interested in that, but want to keep this conversation going, as well as get my free guide to creating your own killer strength workout, make sure to sign up for that.
Fitness, health, and living a healthy lifestyle are strong passions of mine. I love helping women become fit, achieve their goals, and take steps in living a healthier life. I look forward to doing my job almost every single day. I love building strong relationships with others, built upon a foundation of health and wellness, and I thrive on seeing my clients and people around me reach their goals and live a healthy life.

As much as I’m in love with it, I do have a life outside of fitness. In December of 2012, my husband and our cat and dog picked up and moved across the country, from Illinois to Colorado. Here in Colorado, I enjoy hiking, pushing my limits, immersing myself in the Colorado culture, relaxing with friends, and visiting new breweries. I also enjoy FaceTiming with all of my loved ones I left behind in Illinois.
Through blogging, I’ve been able to utilize my passion for writing – and my degree. Blogging has proven to be an avenue for many great opportunities to further my career in writing, as well connect with some amazing brands and companies:
