Some thoughts and discussions from me.

“The human body is powerful!”

This is what my client, Allison, said as she turned in her starting progress pictures before beginning my Lean Body training & nutrition Boot Camp.

She was 12 weeks post-partum, and while she was proud of her body for carrying and making a human for 9 months (!!!) she was also excited and nervous about the potential changes she could make to her physique in the next 6 weeks.

And as she said… the human body is powerful.

— After making and applying changes to her macronutrients – the amount of protein, carbs, and fat – she was eating, and their timing, she began to see inches decrease and pounds drop.

As she implemented our training plan, showcasing her commitment, strength, and hard work, she began to see her body transform.

“I’m so glad I made the leap and joined the LBB! This is what I’ve been looking for for years. Even when I was racing half Ironmans I never was this lean! I have learned that consistency is key, and to make lifestyle changes –  not quick fixes.

(I just opened registrations for my June 19th Lean Body training & nutrition boot camp, which will most likely be my last one this year. More details at the bottom of this post.)

By the end of the program, Allison was down 9 inches, seeing new muscles, and fitting back into old clothes. I continue to work with Allison still after the boot camp, and she’s down more inches, and feeling strong, lean, and defined. And she feels great and continues to breastfeed her little one.

And at the bottom of it all?

Consistency.

Allison’s diet hasn’t been 100% perfect 100% of the time. That’s impossible. Sometimes her macros have been off, her nutrient timing might not look exactly according to plan, and there might be a drink here or there.

But– it’s been dialed in and focused 90% of the time, which is perfect to get some great results.

As I tell my clients, your 100% effort might look different from day to day. I understand that life happens. But it’s how we deal with and adjust to those not-so-ideal situations that makes the biggest difference in long term results.

Registrations are now open for my June 19th Lean Body training & nutrition boot camp. If you’re ready to make some changes to your nutrition, participate in a results-driven and fun training plan in order to see changes in your body, I’d love to work with you in it.

It will likely be my last of the year (which I’m sad about – I love coaching these programs – but my bandwidth is slowly decreasing and decreasing,) and spots always fill up. Sign up, learn more, or contact me to make sure it’d be a good fit for you here.
