You’ll also burn body fat more efficiently with these methods, along with customized macronutrients, carbohydrate cycling, and nutrient timing principles, which will also help to increase your energy and make you feel more full and satisfied throughout the day.

You will learn and implement the following practices to build muscle and lose body fat in this program:

  • Lift heavy and effectively 3-4 times per week hitting upper body, lower body, and core, in a certain split, manner, and intensity
  • Complete specific High Intensity Interval sessions, which helps to build muscle, burn fat, and increase your metabolic rate even at rest
  • Eat the appropriate amount of food, macronutrient split, at the right timing for your body, while learning appropriate hunger cues
  • Maintain a positive, resilient mindset and practice consistency
