Some thoughts and discussions from me.

Wow, what a whirlwind of a week it’s been already. I traveled back to Colorado on Sunday night after a weekend in my hometown in Illinois, visiting friends and family for my bestie’s baby shower.

And of course, my two besties and I all coincidentally wore our jean jackets! It was SO great to see some very close friends and family (including my brother!) who I hadn’t seen since 2014.

I also kicked off my Fitness Business Mentorship group (with seriously an amazing group of women – I cannot WAIT to see what they achieve over the next couple months.) Then I launched my May Peak Physique and Peak Physique Summer Edition online boot camps.

And now, I’m in full fledged heads down mode, finishing up my latest program, Sleek & Sculpted.

I mentioned in this post that I was taking a break from launching any new boot camps in May and June, and that’s because I want to dedicate as much time and energy as I have to make my brand new 8-week training program and coinciding nutrition manual + guides as awesome as possible for you guys. I’m planning on a June 1st launch, and wanted to give you a little peek into what I’ve been up to lately.

I’m putting together an 8-week training program with all of the workouts I use for when I really want to buckle down and lean out my mid-section and build my glutes

– and I’m pouring my blood, sweat, and tears into it.

This program is perfect for “bikini season” (although I really dislike that term) because while it’s a total body fat loss program, the program has a major emphasis on the core and backside. There are currently 40+ workouts (with no repeats!) including metabolic strength workouts, HIIT workouts, conditioning, and mobility/flexibility guides.

I decided to create this program because a) it’s not time-bound, meaning you can grab the program and do it whenever is convenient for you, and b) to be able to offer a less expensive option for “working with me” – outside of my VIP one-on-one training and boot camps. I’m also working with Registered Dietician Melissa McDonough to create an amazing comprehensive nutrition guide to go along with it. I’m so excited!! I can’t wait to tell you guys more about, but it will launch on Just 1st,  with an option for pre-sale pricing this coming Monday (!!!)

Anyway, one aspect of this program that I’m super excited about are the bonus glute + core workouts – and I’d love for you to try this one out.

Because while the program will focus on total body sculpting and fat loss, I’ve programmed the workouts to specifically tone the glutes and lean out the mid-section, including one new bonus workout a week that are MAJOR burners for those targeted areas.
