Some thoughts and discussions from me.

Good morning, friends!

This post originally started as a planning document I was working on in Google docs the other day, but as I got further into my plans, I decided it was worth while to share with you what’s going on down the pipeline.

Over the past 6 months, I have been very busy coaching clients in the gym, online one-on-one, and running my online boot camps. Right now, I’m in the midst of coaching 35 women in my macronutrient cycling, nutrient timing, and intensity training boot camp, and I have another group starting on Monday, April 18th. (Also – I had one last minute spot open up last night due to a family emergency with one of the participants. If you’d like to grab that spot, send me an email – yourtrainerpaige@gmail.com ASAP, and if it’s a good fit for you, the spot is yours!)

YTP (10)

I really truly enjoy this style of coaching, as I can help a group of ladies with similar focuses (in this case, fat loss, leaning out the mid-section, and gaining strength) make great progress toward their goals in one program.

However, as of right now, I’m planning on my April 18th online boot camp to be the last one I coach until the end of August.

My reasoning for this is a shift in focus.

Summer of Learning More

Integrity is at the tippy top of my list of things I will never bend on – in the way I live my life as well as in the way I run my business.

For the past 6 months, I’ve been so busy coaching clients, that I haven’t had enough time as I’d like to further develop my skills as a trainer and nutrition coach. Honing my skills and continuing education is one area of constant improvement for me.

Never stop learning. Always realize there’s someone out there who knows more than you do about something. Read as much evidence-based research as possible. These are a few of my rules for life.

Soooo, I’ve deemed May, June, and July “learn a shit ton and do a crap ton of research.”

I’ve always proclaimed that I think it’s important for trainers to have trainers themselves, from the sole standpoint of how much value we see in it.  I’m starting to work with one of the best trainers I know (across those in person and online,) and I can’t wait for all of the gains (of the knowledge….and maybe muscle…variety) to come.

I also plan on doing some traveling to attend a few seminars from some of my (perhaps unbeknownst to them) mentors, as well as dive into research on a couple specific areas thatI plan to focus on with clients come late summer.

Basically, I’m going to quench my ongoing thirst to learn more and become better at what I do best.

However, I still have a few things in the works as far as my business goes.

Projects on the Pipeline

Fitness Business Mentorship

First, I’m planning to open my Fitness Business Mentorship program. I’ve been beta testing this program with a couple ladies, and as they’ve already doubled their income in a few short months, I’m finally opening registration for this program in May.

It will only be open to a small group of clients at first, and I’ll of course post more details after registration opens. If you’re a fitness professional, or thinking about becoming a PT or jumping into the fitness business, and would like to get on the waitlist, go ahead and send me an email w/ subj. 8-Week Training Program

I’m also creating and releasing an eight week training guide, including the program that I’ve been following myself for the past 8 weeks. It will include strength workouts, metabolic conditioning, HIIT, and mobility training. And there will be no workout repeats.

For this program, I’m working with a registered dietician for the nutrition component. This guide will go hand in hand with the training program, and will comprise of nutrient-rich meals, with a macronutrient approach weaved in the mix, as well as a sample meal plan.

I am SUPER excited about the launch of this program, and have been working on it for weeks. The tentative release for this program is the beginning of June.

Writing….LOTS of Writing

Because what good would be all of this learning if I didn’t share it with anyone? 😉

So, not only am I seriously jazzed to be coaching my current and upcoming clients in my online boot camp this April and into May, but I’m really excited about the summer, too. I hope you’ll follow me along the way.

What are you up to this summer?

XO,

Paige
