Some thoughts and discussions from me.

Good morning – and Merry Christmas Eve Eve 😉

Today I wanted to share a travel-friendly HIIT routine that you can do on your Christmas Break this week. If you’re like a lot of others traveling, you likely want to get a good sweat going, but don’t necessarily have the gym access, equipment, or clear roads to do it.  This is where body weight or minimal equipment conditioning workouts come in super handy.

Plus, they’re a boat load of fun! I actually write and program in metabolic conditioning workouts for most of my clients at least once a week and they’re great because they’re fast-paced, involve little to no equipment, and they fly by!

I actually filmed this one for a Periscope broadcast on Monday (make sure you’re following me for daily workouts, tips, inspiration, and other rambles of which I’m passionate!) and repurposed it for a Youtube video to share with you all, too.

Unfortunately, NONE of the pictures I took with my snazzy Rebel t3i took. Side story: I broke the latch that holds the SD card in the camera, so now any time I go to use the camera I have to literally tape the latch shut so the card doesn’t pop out. I need to figure out if that’s fixable, because I’m really not all about dropping cash for a new camera right now…

Anywho, although none of the pictures saved, you can watch the video above, and I also made this handy little pdf that you can print and take with you to you auntie’s living room for your workout. Disclaimer: please consult your physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.
