Last week I had the opportunity to work with my friends at Naked and teach a boot camp class here in Boulder.

Everyone kicked some serious boo-tay, and seemed to love the 60-minute workout (and the post-workout juice!) so I thought I’d share the workout with you all 🙂

Best part? You can do it right now – in your house or outdoors – because it requires absolutely ZERO equipment. But here’s a fair warning: you’re going to need water. And a towel. You’ve been warned.

Naked Juice Boot Camp Workout – No Equipment Required

60 Minutes - No Equipment Required

Exercise clarification:

Some of the above exercises are either not well known, or I made up the name 🙂

Football drill – get in a low squat position with feet wide. Now, do quick feet in that position. Every :15 seconds, smack your hands on the ground, then pop back up and get back into position.
