Katy’s Kettle Corn Popchips Giveaway & Birthday Celebrations
Good morning!
I don’t have too much time to write up a post this morning – I’m on my way out the door to teach a core class. But I do have a couple things I’d like to share with you (quite literally!)
First – some birthday recapping. The day was great, thanks to Shane being such a sweetheart, calls, tweets, and texts (and comments from you all!!) from friends and loved ones. Instead of a long recap – let’s take a short cut with a collage recap, shall we?
1. Bible reading and Niko cuddling right when waking up
2. Cards and gifts when waking up
3. Card from Shane (the beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, etc. is a running joke between us and Wheel of Fortune [Pat: who’s in the audience with you today? Contestant: My BEAUTIFUL, BEAUTIFUL WIFE!! – I told him if he ever gets on Wheel, then he needs to use 5 “beautiful”’s haha)
4. GIFT!!!!!
5. Breakfast of two eggs, toast, and kraut
6. Coffee in the mug my dad gave me
7. Mid-morning yoga and Coconut H2O
8. Post-yoga bliss face
9. Mid-afternoon Niko walk on a gorgeous day
10. Beers out at Shine after teaching/training all day
11. Dinner out – Ruby trout over pesto roasted potatoes, with a side of coconut sauteed kale
12. Dessert out – Ice cream sandwich made a coconut/nut/date crust and coconut milk ice cream
A great day indeed

Ya’ll know I love my popchips. I’ve already waxed poetically about them in this post. But my all time favorite flavor (well, maybe tied with sweet potato) is – Katy’s Kettle Corn. A little sweet, a little salty, a LOT yummy. They’re Shane’s favorite, too.

Happy Birthday, a day late! I’m glad you had a nice day! I got an iPad Mini last month and I LOVE it! I am obsessed with all Popchips/Popcorners! I love the sea salt ones, but I’ve never tried the kettle corn variety.

I’d like a chip that’s cheese flavored with a dash of heat. Something that gives a little kick but not enough to make you choke.
My pick would be something sweet and salty. Maybe a chocolate covered pretzel flavor?

I would say something that involved chocolate and peanut butter.
Popchips are so yummy!! I think a salsa and cheese flavored chip would be delicious!
