What a fun weekend! But I can’t believe it’s already Sunday, because my weekend was FILLED with…
Deep tissue massage, beginning and ending with indulgence
Fancy nights in at home on a cold, rainy night:
Spin class with besties:
Coffee dates:
More caffeine to help power through some online client programming:
Boot wearing!!
Brainstorming about what to do with this…
What filled your weekend?
The rest of the today is filled with to-do’s and watching DA BEARS!

i just got a serious craving for a good spin class! wednesday – for sure! what a fun weekend girl! i had a great weekend too – lots of time with the fam & a great surprise party for my grammy!
-Deep tissue massages are the best–I actually get one every few weeks (it’s totally my financial indulgence haha) and they not only help rid headaches but they’ve helped my hips as I’m training for a half marathon.
-Where did you find that fig spread? It might be good in oatmeal?

My weekend had a LOT of work (I’m on a 7 day stretch), studying for my PT exam, running 5 1/2 miles, cross training and trying to relax where possible. I’m about to get into more studying and hoping to end out my night with some yoga so my body can get a little TLC.

I had Thanksgiving this weekend, so it was filled with turkey, dancing (Just Dance on the Wii with my cousins), family, and more desserts than I knew what to do with.

That fig spread looks good. I’d use on some kebabs or mix it into a bread pudding. Or use it with some warm brie on a cracker.
OMG loveeee the boots! What brand are they/where did you find them? I am obsessed with finding ‘the right’ pair of boots this fall/winter!
