Hi guys! I just wanted to pop in and do a quick post on what’s been going on this weekend. It’s been fun one, and I wanted to share a couple of the pictures and stories 
What a whirlwind this past 48 hours has been!!
That pretty much sums up my weekend. But allow me to elaborate 
Friday afternoon after I finished up my work and Shane got home, we packed our bags and headed up to Chicago for the weekend, where we would help our friends, Destiny & Steve celebrate their wedding.
From the rehearsal dinner of Portillo’s at the groom’s parents’ house to the very last booty-shakin’ dance, the weekend was, undoubtedly, based around fun.
I just love weddings – especially when they involve my best friends. From rehearsing full of nerves…
to getting all prettified for the big event
To the actual ceremony (no pictures from my camera unfortunately!)
And of course, the celebration – which in this wedding, included a 4 hour tour party trolley through downtown Chicago:
which of course involved some picture stops along the way:
And the reception, which, in addition to an absolutely DELICIOUS 7 course meal, was a complete. blast. I’ll just leave you guys with a couple pictures, out of the many that were taken with my camera

Time to go pick up Niko from my parents’ house! They were kind enough to watch her while we were gone.

Looks like a fun wedding! I love the color of your dress! No exciting plans for labor day but CrossFit will be happening in the morning!
