Just your regular protein pancake. Or is it…?
Nope – it’s a protein pancake with pumpkin cream sauce! I made my usual pancake, and then topped it with 1/4 c. Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp. almond butter, 1/4 c. pumpkin, 1 tsp. maple syrup, + cinnamon – all whipped up. So good!
And today I’m kinda banking on those antioxidants and healthy fats to give me a healthy boost. Doesn’t that good stuff make me healthy and live long time? It’s gotta give me some sort of edge…
You see, I had a rude awakening this week as I was coming up with a topic to talk about for Thoughts on That Thursday. I decided to take a Life Expectancy quiz, you know, just for fun. Except it wasn’t fun. Not at all!

Now that I’ve shared what goals I’ve got to work on, I gotta thank you all for sharing your goals in yesterday’s training program giveaway post. I loved reading them, and found myself being inspired by a lot of your words’ and 100% believe you guys can achieve those goals. Looks like we’ve got some things to work on, right?
Something else I’m working on? Tackling some of those lingering to-do’s. Be proud – I crossed off two items yesterday, including creating a gym flyer and updating the blog. My recipes and workouts pages are all updated with up-to-date and latest content I also updated my training services page with my new testimonial section. Now all I have to do is update my Favorite Things. Three cheers for productivity!
I’m not so excited about the item I’m tackling this morning, which is taking both Niko and Clarabelle to the vet. It’ll be a sight to see, believe me, but at least they’ll have all their shots and whatever else they “need!”
Better get to it!
