Move it Monday: Jump Rope & Abs Circuit Workout (Video Workout!)

Happy Labor Day! Thank you to the working world out there that helps make this global economy go ‘round and ‘round. I’m celebrating by, well, working! haha. Hey, as a trainer, when my clients are available and so am I, I’m not going to turn them down. Don’t worry, I won’t be working a full day -  a few clients Smile
Just as I’m helping a few others get in their workouts today, I’m also getting my own workout in. I got a run in (4 miles) right before typing out this post, and plan on doing a little strength while at the gym, but last week I filmed and completed a jump rope and abs workout I’m going to share with you all today for Move it Monday!
Get ready for your abs to burn, your heart rate to sore, and get in a quality workout in a little over a half hour. Also, check with your physician before beginning any new diet or exercise program.
Now, this workout is a circuit workout alternating from two 30-second ab exercises to one 30 second jump rope bout. One set through takes just over 10 minutes, and you’ll complete three sets total. Ready?! Open-mouthed smile

30 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest
Plank Ups
Elevated Plank
Jump rope
Side plank knee tuck
Elevated side plank
Jump rope
Prone cobra
Russian twist
Jump rope
Vertical chops
V-ups
Jump rope
Repeat 2 more x’s!!
