Massage Hangover Prevention, AKA VEDA #3 &4

Hey guys! I know I’ve been MIA from weekend blogging for a few months now. I just can’t seem to get back in the habit of taking pictures and writing about my personal life on the weekends. I don’t know, it’s ever since I’ve gotten back from Colorado…which I will be elaborating on a LOT pretty soon in some future VEDA vlogs.  On the same page, I also don’t read blogs on the weekends. I guess I’m saying I just like to unplug Saturday-Sunday, yaknowwhatImean, vern? Confused smile

What have I been up to this weekend? Eating Mexican food, going to bestie bridal showers, seeing The Dark Knight, and … not exercising. Well, I did go to spin class Friday morning, but yesterday I took completely off because it was my rest day, and today my mojo is MIA, so we’ll see where that takes me.

Oh, one other thing? That massage I talked about in my last post Smile I mentioned how I was worried that I’d end up with a massage hangover like last time. It was horrible, and I felt like butt. This time around? Well, hear for yourself in today (and yesterday’s) VEDA vlog!

Hooray!

OK, I’m off to go do things I won’t be blogging about for the rest of the weekend. Like finishing up some client plans and cleaning! Gotta be responsible some times Winking smile

    I do read blogs on the weekends, but I find that there’s a lot to read through. So it doesn’t take me nearly as long, which is kinda nice on a weekend.

  3. I had no idea that a person needs to hydrate before a massage! I’ve only had one in my life in Lake Geneva years ago.

  4. No worries about not having that same passion to write on weekends, I usually take a break to get myself off of computer land and experience life more.
    Okay great tips on the massage hangover! I alwayssss get them!! And I can not even drive after them because I feel a little drunk haha.

  5. Lately, I have only been reading blogs on weekend nights because I have been so crazy busy during the week. My blogging has really slacked off, but I just started a new schedule that will give me a ton of extra time, so my biggest goal is to get back into my blogging big time! Sometimes we just need a break! :)
