Your Trainer Paige – Revealed!
Good morning! Before we get in to today’s post, we have something to talk about.

I’m so excited to introduce to you all my new blog. Last week, I mentioned to you all that I had been planning on ending Running Around Normal, and beginning a new blog. For the past few weeks, I’ve been working with the talented Rita, over at Blog Genie, to create Your Trainer Paige.
For the most part, nothing’s going to change. My blogging format will still be the same. However, what we’ve done is combined Fitconomy, my training website, with my blog, which is where the new “services” tab comes into play. I’ve moved my training website onto the Services page of Your Trainer Paige. There you can find more information about my online (and in-person) personal training and nutritional coaching services.

Although this is obviously the highlight of my morning, my morning cuppa joe provided some additional excitement:
Yesterday morning I was cursing myself for not making iced coffee the night before. So, last night before I went to bed, I made iced coffee via the french press method.
Even more exciting was the flavor of the coffee itself – Fleur de Sel Caramel. I picked up a bag of it the other day while I was at Fresh Market, and it smells just heavenly.
Taking two to-go cups with me to train this morning:
In the other, is a chocolate peanut butter strawberry banana smoothie, using coconut milk, banana, strawberries, vanilla protein powder, and chocolate PB2. I haven’t been digging adding spinach to my smoothies lately.
Time to fly! This morning I’ve got a couple clients to train – coincidentally enough, one in-home, one in-the-gym, and one to start with online – so I’ll leave the excitement at this for the morning. Also, I’m still working through bugs – this post might look a little weird since I’m having some issues with posting from Live Writer (I actually wrote this post within WordPress!) I’ll be back to post this week’s Move it Monday workout in the afternoon.
