Bag Lady: What’s in My Gym Bag

I just finished training a few clients, and am now getting ready to spend the day in Chicago! I’ve got to work tomorrow because of it, but we just won’t think about that until then Winking smile

For something fun for Friday, I thought I’d do a post on what I always carry in my gym bag. I even filmed a little video for ya!

  2. fun video! I agree with all your recommendations. One thing that I always need is a hairband and hair tie. When I had bangs, it was impossible to run when they were flapping me in the face!

    • Oh yes, bangs are the bain of my workout existence. I never did find a headband that worked…did you??

  3. My lock and a water bottle! :)

  4. I always bring the same things: lock, water bottle, iPhone for music, arm band, head phones, towel and a notebook with all my workouts in it!

  5. I usually only carry a wristlet with me to the gym. It holds my iPhone, earbuds, workouts that I’ve printed, & gym class schedule!

  6. I’m always curious what other people take! I thought your deodorant was a flashlight for a minute. I usually bring a towel, timer, socks, hair elastic, water, and ipod.

  7. Hooray, I hope you have some fun stuff planned for while you’re up here! :) I always have bobby pins with me- I can’t stand fly aways in my face!

  8. Extra hair ties are a must! They always seem to break when you need them most, so I always keep a backup. Also I always bring my iPod, especially if its a cardio day!
