I’m the first to admit that I’m horrible with keeping my workout music up to date. Until this past week, I was still listening to my playlist titled, “March 1.”
However, that playlist referred to March 1st 2010, and was featuring Boom Boom Pow.

Yeah. To say my workout playlist needed a little refreshing would be an understatement.
That’s why I’ve promised myself that I’m going to create a new playlist for my workouts every month. To hold myself to that promise, I’m going to post said playlists on the blog each month. I know we’re a little late in May, but that’s OK.
Here’s the tunes I’m rockin’ out to on my runs during May, with the help of your suggestions, magazines, and my own tastes:
I love the techno-y versions of some of the songs featured, too. For some reason I loooove techno for spin class and other workouts, but hate it outside of exercise.
