New Goals + LARABAR Giveaway
Today’s lunch wasn’t really a lunch at all, but more like a snack plate:
I haven’t snacked my way through lunch in quite a while!
I ate these snacks about an hour apart – first the veggies and hummus:
Then the star of the show – avocado wraps, which was just sliced avocado wrapped in organic turkey slices:
SO good and simple.
And third was Greek yogurt, raspberries, and granola:
What you don’t see is the cup of coffee that I snuck down to the café here at work to grab before my 11:00 meeting. Thusly, I broke up 2 cups of coffee/day rule. Damn. Well, there’s always tomorrow!
But really, that was last week’s goal. I’m still carrying it over and trying to make it a habit, but I have two new boot camp goals for this week:
- Foam rolling after each workout
- Drink 3 of these
dirtyjugs full of water every day
The first one’s going to be a toughie. Tina, you might not see as many check marks from me this week, but I’m gonna try my hardest!
What you also don’t see in my snack plate is my larabar that I saved to eat on the way from the office and to the gym before training a few clients tonight, which brings me too…

If I had both cherry pie and peanut butter larabars right now, I think what I would do is take half of each, combine them, heat them up in the microwave and then put them in some greek yogurt for PBJ yogurt. But that’s just me. And I digress.
