It amped up the flavor x’s 10! So good. Mixed greens, salmon, and honey mustard dressing from last night. I’m really loving that sauce! On the side, I munched on an apple and then I have a larabar for later.

I decided to create a new YouTube Channel – Your Trainer Paige
It’s kind of a play on words, your trainer page/Paige…get it? Hey, I figured if I got mocked for my name for half of my childhood, I might as well put it to good use!
From now on, I’ll be uploading any fitness-related videos onto the channel Your Trainer Paige instead of PaigeRAN before posting them here or anywhere else.
This doesn’t really mean anything for the blog, but I figured I’d share it. And if you feel like it, I’d very much appreciate it if you’d like to subscribe to my channel! Hopefully I’ll be able to upload video to it a few times each week
