I heard a quote from Betty White the other day when she was asked about how she stays fit and in good shape at her age. Her reply?
“I have a bad memory and a two story house.”

Time for work, but tomorrow’s the last day for this week! Hooray!
How’s your Tuesday looking for you? I’ve got to put in a day at the office, and then I’m heading to the gym to train a couple clients. Hope you have a good one, loves
