This Week’s Meal Plan a La Pinterest

Hi there! Shane and I are making headway on Christmas-ifying our house:

My favorite decoration:

Or maybe it’s just the peanut butter m&m’s inside that’s my favorite Winking smile

Regardless, all that’s left is decorating the tree! For this part we have to wait until it’s dark out. Shane and I have a tradition of decorating it while drinking eggnog and listening to Christmas music. Good times!

This Week’s Meal Plan (a la Pinterest)

Something I’ve been doing for a while now is planning our dinners (and some lunches) throughout the week via Pinterest. I’ve mentioned on here before that I have a meal ideas board, a meals I’ve tried board, and a next week’s meal plan board.

Each Sunday (more or less) I go through and find new inspiration, rearrange the recipes from meal ideas to meal plan or meal plan to meal’s tried. I just finished organizing this week’s meal plan, and thought I’d share it with you guys! I’m not a super organized girl, so it’s not organized in any way – I just post the recipes and attach the day of the week I plan to make it.

Sunday – Chicken/tofu alfredo

Monday – Salmon cakes

Tuesday – lasagna spaghetti

Wednesday – Breakfast for dinner

Thursday – Fish tacos

Lunches and breakfasts – pumpkin/cottage cheese/GY combo, warm quinoa & grapefruit salad, edamame caviar, and granola

And now I think I’m going to go make these cookies and watch the Bear’s game. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday, friends Open-mouthed smile

What are some meals on tap for you this week?

    • Ha! It can get pretty depressing on the fashion boards. I usuaully log onto Old Navy and Target to find some lower price range replicas ;)
