Today I’ve already trained two early morning clients (and am about to train one more!) and then another partner training session later on. After that it’s a free fall to the weekend! So, I’m just considering today my Friday since tomorrow is a holiday for us here in the US.

And just because this is my sense of humor to a T and I was dying laughing last night, I NEED to share this with you guys.

bahahah My favorite is the third one. I totally run the eff upstairs after turning off the lights in the basement! I really want to post more, but these are my favorites.
After training my clients this morning, I mixed up a deliciously filling smoothie.
It takes some serious bulk to make a smoothie filling for me. This one contained ~1 c. milk, ~1/2 c. cottage cheese (casein protein for satiety,) a sprinkle of sea salt, cinnamon, and stevia, a handful of spinach, 1 frozen banana, 1.5 c. frozen strawberries, and ~1/4 of walnuts.
