This morning after training a couple clients, Shane and I headed out on the road to Chicago. Truth be told, I’m beat after the day’s fun events, so I’ll you all the story through the pictures on my iPhone

Well, friends, it’s pizza time up in here! We ordered two pizzas from a local pizza place featuring fresh, local ingredients. I’m so excited! Carbo load here I come Also having a glass of wine for pre-race jitters
EEEK! I’m so excited! The race starts at 6:30, so it’s going to be an early night. And after the race, it’s brunch time with some blends! What a great weekend.
