This may or may not be helpful, but I’ve found that heat has helped my hips more than ice. Regardless, keep up what’s keeping you going and heal quickly, lady!

By taking the time to rest, ice and do all that’s necessary to heal your hip, you WILL come out of this injury stronger and wiser. Good for you for taking the necessary time and precautions to recover the right way!
